- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on customer equipment.
- Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Prepare document, required tools and instrument for service technician before going to attend service jobs.
- Instraustions to service technician attending service jobs and follow up with customer.
- Assist workshop to dismantle hydraulic components and testing as instructed by Workshop Manager.
- Assist to assess components after dismantling.
- Able to do all service and test reports.
- Recommend tools, fixture, equipment or layout changes to improve workflow, productivity, quality of performance.
- Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.
- Comply with laws, regulations and OHS&E requirements.
- Responsible to ensure safety control at the area of assembly jobs, repair jobs and material handling in workshop activities and on site
