INVENTORY CLERK

Chemori Industries Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Processing inventory orders, logging items that have been received and items that have been taken from inventory, and physically moving product within the company premises.
  • Maintaining an updated list of inventory items and their locations in the store.
  • Taking inventory of items in storage areas to ensure that they are labeled correctly and in good condition.
  • Prepare shipping labels to items that are being shipped out of the company to fulfil orders or replace damaged stock.
  • Inspect shipments of new stock as they come in, checking to make sure orders have been filled correctly and looking for damage. If items are found to be damaged or incorrect, he/she must make arrangements to get correct, undamaged items to replace them.
  • Updating records of inventory levels to facilitate accurate ordering and restocking efforts.


Requirements:


• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Logistic, Business Management or any related course.

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with warehousing duties and use of warehouse management systems.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Prefer applicant to specialize in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
