Accountant (AP and Closing)
Contract: 6 months extendable
Location: Novena (hospital)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours
Pay: up to 3.5k
Job Scope
• Involve in the monthly closing of Accounts and submissions of reports to HQ
• Provide supervision for Accounts Payable
• Support Finance Manager in annual projection and operating budget and cash projection
• Review related Balance Sheet accounts and prepares audit schedule
• Assist and support internal and external audits and update audit and Risks report for Finance Department
• Participate in system enhancements and project implementations to align with new statutory or operational requirements.
Job requirement
• Min. Degree in Accountancy/Finance, with 1-2 years working experience
• Must be open to taking vaccine (vzv, tdap, mmr, cov)
• Self-motivated with strong interest in learning
• Proficient with Microsoft office applications and working knowledge in SAP/healthcare systems
