Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N level or above
- At least 1 year experience in FMCG retail merchandising preferably in Health & Beauty
- Able to communicate and relate to people at all levels
- Good team player and work well with colleagues
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliable, trustworthy and committed
- Physically able to carry and merchandise goods
- Willing to travel island-wide to visit outlets
- Familiarity with supermarket operations would be advantageous
Job Description:
Sales merchandiser job is to audit, write and merchandise stocks, maintain inventory levels, check stocks expiry, perform stocks rotation, maintain shelf cleanliness, working closely with store staffs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily visit to assigned outlets to ensure distribution of listed products, audit, check stocks balance, recommend orders and replenish stocks
- Co-ordinate with store staffs and internal staffs on orders
- Maintain store shelf cleanliness, check product expiry dates, do stocks rotation (FIFO), arrange return of damage stocks and stocks replacement
- Manage documentations with stores for returns and transfers
- Monitor store inventory level and arrange inter-store transfers for products with high stock on hand
- Ensure point of sale material (POSM), price tickets and promotional materials are displayed properly
- Negotiate with store staffs for good display representation of our products on and off shelf
- Build rapport and relationship with store staffs
- Handle store staffs’ feedback and resolve at store level, otherwise refer to supervisor for assistance
- Communicate shoppers’ feedback on product to supervisor as well as competitor’s activities
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
