Job Description:
- Assist to process all work pass applications, renewals and cancellation on a timely basis, including arrangement of medical check-up, PCP etc.
- Assist to manage all work passes and foreign workers housing compliance matters.
- Arrange for purchase of Air Ticket for home leave and repatriation of foreign workers.
- Arrange for employees’ training matters.
- Process monthly payroll, overtime for workers on a timely basis.
- Maintain & update HR documents such as payroll, leave and claims and ensure accuracy and updated information on HR system and Personal-files.
- Assist in implementation of policies, procedures and best practices in HR functions.
- Other administrative duties which may be assigned from time to time.
JOB Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Construction Industry is highly preferred.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Friendly can-do attitude.
- 5 days work/week.
