Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with main contractor on the execution and technical issue pertaining to our installation work
- Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Attend site meetings, coordination works with Architects, Main Contractors, etc.
- Liaise with supplier and other sub-contractor or partner on delivery/interfacing of project
- Provide technical consultative service and after sales service to Sales team members/ owner/main contractors on projects
- Provide technical training to distributors/sub-contractor
- Handle progress claims and variation orders with contracts
- Cost planning, estimation, and measurement of quantities with contracts
- Follow contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for Electronic Access Control, Movable Wall, Physical Access System
Competencies
- Good project management skills
- Good communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders’ expectation.
- Ability to work on a tight project schedule.
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in building construction indusrtry
- Knowledge in Construction Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Candidate who can start immediately, or with a short notice period will be an added advantage.
