Job Description
- Attached to Project Manager for daily paperwork, coordination and other assigned jobs
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and email, recording messages, taking notes
- Prepare and provide necessary documents for internal team, building management or clients
- Schedule daily work schedule and transportation arrangement for project team workers
- Manage company vehicles (eg: repairing and service maintainance)
- Assist in adhoc projects or exhibitions as and when required
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in business or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experienced in Project Admin position will be an advantage
- Experienced in ACMV or Construction field will be an advantage
