Job Description

  • Attached to Project Manager for daily paperwork, coordination and other assigned jobs
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and email, recording messages, taking notes
  • Prepare and provide necessary documents for internal team, building management or clients
  • Schedule daily work schedule and transportation arrangement for project team workers
  • Manage company vehicles (eg: repairing and service maintainance)
  • Assist in adhoc projects or exhibitions as and when required

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in business or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experienced in Project Admin position will be an advantage
  • Experienced in ACMV or Construction field will be an advantage
