Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Primary Responsibilities
· Source, screen and shortlist candidates and coordinate the selection process.
· Administer on-boarding and off- boarding processes of new hires and leavers.
· Manage the employee life-cycle including employee confirmation, contract renewal, re-employment, reference checks as well as Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
· Update employee movements into HRIS
· Prepare weekly headcount reports
· Support Employee Engagement initiatives
Secondary Responsibilities
· Report & submit Work Injury Compensation claims
· Verify and process Grab transport & Cabcharge invoices
· Assist in completing MOM and other government surveys
· Prepare monthly payroll advice & e-claims report during payroll period
· Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
· Exposure to HR operations and experience in hospitality industry would be an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Timesoft softwares
· Able to start within short notice
· Able to work independently and a team player
