We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Salesforce Developer to support our client on an exciting project for 12 months with possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our client’s Salesforce CRM system.
The Role
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Understand the suite of offerings and recommend new capabilities based on industry standards to address specific issues.
- Act as a high-touch point of contact for senior stakeholders, including executives and department heads.
- Respond to emails and inquiries at a high level, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Assist in building and managing relationships with clients, bridging the gap between technical teams and business needs.
- Assess the state of capabilities and relationships, proactively identifying areas for improvement and advancement.
- Represent the team confidently, both internally and externally, demonstrating technical expertise and knowledge
- Take an entrepreneurial approach, being proactive and self-starting in identifying opportunities and taking initiative.
- Collaborate with software developers, data scientists, and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Maintain a long-term perspective, focusing on building sustainable relationships and delivering results.
- Serve as a proactive advisor, leveraging technical expertise to provide strategic guidance and support.
Your Profile
- Strong experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of data science, business analysis, software engineering and related areas to understand and recommend relevant solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to emails and inquiries at a high level.
- Technical background with a track record of delivering software engineering or data science projects.
- Confidence in representing the team to senior stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, showing initiative and a proactive attitude towards identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal handholding.
