Acting as the initial point of contact for guests, you will take phone and online reservations, and manage a waiting list and seating plan. You will be responsible for managing online reservation platforms. You will also assist the Sales & Marketing Manager with telemarketing & other marketing initiatives. Other duties include answering enquiries, emailing menus, selling gift cards and other duties as assigned.
