Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Officer’s main responsibility is to handle the billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform billing administration and customer service function
- Ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
- Verification of proof of delivery documents
- Basic administrative duties include filing, scanning, or copying
- Attend to inquiries from customers

- Able to work independently and handle high volume work under a tight deadline
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Bilingual in English and Chinese for effective communication with our Mandarin-speaking associates
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level
- At least 1 year of related working experience in billing-related functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel & Words
- Availability on short notice preferred
The position will be based at Lim Chu Kang.
Company transport is provided at Kranji MRT Station.
