We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance Team.
As an Accountant, you will:
- Responsible for accounting tasks for our entities, including monthly closings
- Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing
- Manage the accounts payable process, including payments
- Develop annual budgets
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and generate reports on budget variances
- Offer recommendations to enhance financial policies and procedures
- Contribute to the enhancement of the internal control system
- Assist with various analyses aimed at guiding company activities
- Assist the Finance team based in Switzerland with various requests
As an Accountant you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification would be advantageous
- At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
- Prior experience in managing accounting tasks for Singaporean entities, including monthly closings
- Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations
- Experience in overseeing AR/AP, invoicing, and payment processes
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory compliance
- Budget development and variance analysis experience
- Meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting
- Prior experience in multinational settings or collaboration with global teams
