- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Processing of day-to-day financial transactions including invoice processing, bookkeeping, billings, collections and payments
- Prepare bank statement reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing activities
- Preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns
- Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly and yearly financial management report
- Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts
- Assist in preparing audit schedules
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain strict confidentiality on company and clients information
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
