Responsibilities:
- Supervise the administration of tender and contract documents.
- Manage the process of quantification, subcontractor and supplier sourcing, pricing, and submission preparation.
- Coordinate negotiations and procurements of materials and equipment throughout project duration.
- Supervise the preparation of bills of quantities (BQ), variation orders, cost estimates, and oversee cost control and budgeting.
- Support the project team in drafting letters, reports, and handling correspondences.
- Fulfill other quantity surveying responsibilities as delegated by senior management.
- Assess staff competency and recommend training for quantity surveying staff as needed.
- Evaluate and analyze the company's key performance indicators, devising improvement initiatives and actions for enhancement.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Prefer with architecture / interior design experience
