- Manage and oversee all operations and ensure execution of operational processes to be in-line with the Company’s SOP.
- Manage operational costs and ensure compliance with NEA/MOM health/safety regulations and procedures.
- Manage and oversee all hiring, orientation and training of kitchen and service teams.
- Manage workflow and ensure control for services and food quality.
- Assist company to setup central kitchen, new oulet and arrange for logistic support for food delivery.
- Assist company to implement and setup cashless payment methods.
- Manage and ensure staffs permits/certifications are updated as per Authorities requirements.
- Manage proper inventory and oversee procurement of all operational items.
- Any other related operational issues as and when required.
