- Position Title: Customer Service Officer
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Transport provided from Jurong East MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Lunch Provided
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and manage License Warehouse Customs procedures, including permit declarations.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, coordinate shipments with forwarders, oversee inventory, and carry out general admin and customer service tasks.
- Collaborate with shipping agents and transport companies for scheduling, booking shipments, and organizing local deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries, aiming to improve customer contentment.
- Carry out prompt and accurate billing and job closure in the system, and ensure information is sent to Accounting & Finance.
- Generate and submit warehouse reports for management review as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and claims effectively.
- Examine any issues related to shipment failures or product quality and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
- Maintain organized and auditable filing and documentation.
- Guarantee precise order processing in line with service agreements and guidelines.
- Regularly reconcile stock and resolve any discrepancies swiftly.
- Be open to involvement in new projects for professional growth.
- Engage with Singapore customs regarding any issues with incoming goods and for audits.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Assistant Manager.

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Knowledge of Form D and COO handling will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Team player with the ability to collaborate well with others
