- Position Title: Customer Support Officer/ Customer Service Officer (Operations)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 5 Days, Tuesday – Friday (8 am – 6 pm)/ Sat (8 am – 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Up to $2,800 + Variable bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, texts, and emails, ensuring high-quality customer support.
- Conduct first-level investigations into customers' complaints.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or management when necessary.
- Coordinate with the technicians to schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Organize servicing schedules and liaise with technicians on day-to-day operations.
- Foster customer engagement, focusing on satisfaction and building loyalty.
- Execute additional tasks as delegated by your Superior.

- Minimum NITEC graduate / GCE 'O' Level certificate / GCE 'A' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call centre/ customer service.
- Applicants with no prior experience but possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
