- Position Title: Accounts Executive (AP)
- Working Location: Loyang (Transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process, verify, and pay invoices and code them to appropriate accounts.
- Review and validate staff expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Prepare and perform cheques, GIRO, and TT payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and inter-company transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Maintain accurate historical records and ensure confidentiality of financial data.

- At least a Diploma with minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiar with GST reporting.
- Must be able to handle high-volume work.
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred.
