Position Summary
To be responsible for the daily operations functions including but not limited to orders processing, generating invoices and delivery notes, stock inventories, stock movements, custom clearance and all administrative support as well as routine office related functions.
Responsibilities
- To handle all internal and external customers’ queries and requests such as stock availability and costing
- To process purchase orders based on instructions received from various sales divisions
- To generate invoices and delivery notes with high level of accuracy
- To liaise with warehouse on delivery requests
- To investigate invoice claims and prepare credit notes as and when applicable
- To manage any sales returns / repair transactions as and when necessary
- To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports
- To ensure accuracy of deliveries and the traceability of the deliveries
- To assist in perpetual inventory checks and to investigate any document discrepancies
- To ensure all stock movements are updated in ERP system
- To ensure compliance to the rules and regulations of all order processing
- To perform any other work as and when required
Requirements
- More than 2 years working experience in Purchasing or Logistics preferred, but not compulsory as training will be provided
- Knowledge of SAP and Sage X3 will be an added advantage
- A team player with ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to multi task and handle pressure
- Immediate availability preferred
