Responsibilities
- Responsible for growth in market share within assigned sales territory (India)
- Manage customers' expectations with quick response to customers' queries
- Provide technical consultation to customers' requirements
- Develop and manage relationship with customers
- Prepare costing, quotation and technical proposal
- Support and lead assigned projects
- Develop and identify business potentials
- Perform market potential analysis and competitor analysis
- Propose and implement sales strategy to meet company's growth and revenue plan
- Able to work with partnership company from India
- Other duties or projects, as assigned
Requirements
- 5 – 7 years’ experience in automotive electronics industry
- Sales / Business development experience in automotive industry
- Ability to listen and pro-actively react to customer questions and requests
- Goal-oriented and extremely hard working
- Self-driven, independent and enthusiastic to succeed
- Capable of collaborating with teams and achieving results
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, extrovert personality, team player & goal focus
- Ability to work under pressure in a structured environment
- Willingness to travel within Asia, especially India and China
- Business development and sales experience in automotive industry with Indian customers is a plus
