Job Responsibilities :-
- Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile and safe techniques.
- Perform health care assistant duties and procedures such as taking appointments, registration, billing and collection of payment for services, proper documentation, prepare completed laboratory reports and arrange follow-up appointments.
- Perform basic assessment for patient
- Explaining and introducing health screening packages to patients and tailoring appropriate screening programs to individuals
- Assist doctors during consultation
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Prepare submission for corporate claims
- Prompt for low stock medications and supplies
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures.
- Daily e-submission of Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
- Maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
- Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
- Rendering assistance during nebulizer use, perform First-aid and triage patients.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management
Qualification & Experience:-
- Possess certification as a phlebotomist
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Team Player
- Good communication skill
