- Ensure statutory and compliance requirements of companies are met
- Draft and coordinate circulation of minutes, directors’ resolution in writing and shareholders’ resolutions
- Preparation and submission of statutory returns and other lodgement with ACRA.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or Law.
- Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
