Operations Executive (Customer Service, Automotive)

  • Ensure timely and professional service to both internal and external customers, maintaining vehicle turnaround time within guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks and provide recommendations for repairs, adhering to manufacturer standards.
  • Supervise daily workshop operations to enhance efficiency and productivity, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in handling complaint cases and generating reports for analysis.
  • Address customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
  • Support the customer service team during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with management to identify service gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust operations as necessary.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including vendor liaison and promotion activities.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
  • Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
