- Acts as a client liaison party to liaise with external clients to resolve all queries related to onboarding matters, as well as customers’ complaints, promptly and professionally;
- Being responsible for the full spectrum of KYC & AML duties including conducting KYC/CDD checks on new clients, conducting periodic reviews on existing accounts, and ongoing transaction monitoring (blockchain);
- Interacting with the Engineering team in active feedback loops to improve the use of our proprietary technology platform and deliver scalable and compliant technology-driven financial services with built-in AML/CTF systems;
- Assist on any ad-hoc project or process improvement initiatives;
- Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls in the team through various processes and check-points;
