Overview of the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager (Supplements Ecommerce) to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for Better Body Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing key partnerships, optimizing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and resilience of our supply chain.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight:
1. Proficiently manage and oversee the entire supply chain process for Better Body Co., ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive and long-term supply chain strategy aligned with Better Body Co.'s business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, quality enhancement, and overall operational efficiency.
3. Technology Integration:
1. Advanced utilization and optimization of supply chain technologies, such as ERP systems, inventory management software, and data analytics, to enhance decision-making processes and operational effectiveness.
4. Partner Management:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with Contract Manufacturers, Raw Ingredient Suppliers, and Fulfillment Centers. Evaluate and select partners based on performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
5. Risk Management:
1. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, developing and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies. Establish contingency plans for disruptions, whether related to logistics, geopolitical factors, or natural disasters.
6. Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
1. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain team, implementing lean practices, optimizing logistics, and staying informed about industry best practices to enhance overall supply chain performance.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all aspects of the supply chain.
8. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality standards in the supplements industry. Implement and enforce processes that uphold the quality of Better Body Co.'s products.
9. Innovation and Adaptability:
1. Advanced ability to stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes. Identify opportunities for innovation and adaptation to market shifts.
10. Performance Metrics and KPIs:
1. Regularly analyze data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and implement comprehensive performance metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain management role, preferably in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and international trade regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree might be a plus.

Work Arrangement

• This is a full time position.
• We work from 10 AM to 7 PM SGT(GMT+8), Monday to Friday.
