Your job responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Creating marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, creation and implementation schedules monthly (social calendar)
- Managing Company’s social media platforms.
- Working with management to create relevant content for the necessary platforms.
- Creating creative content and designing social media campaigns and posts
- Providing weekly reports on projects being worked on.
- Aiding in growing and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Tiktok, Facebook and Instagram
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
- Replying and engaging in conversations on social media platforms (Reputation Management)
- Other ad-hoc duties required by management in relevant job scope.
- Bonus incentive if sales team hits target.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any relevant field of work (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and relevant softwares needed.
- Create and innovation individual who is passionate about marketing and social media
- Proficient in social media sites
- Committed individual who is also able to work independently.
