Presto Studios is currently looking to hire a part-time Marketing Executive! You will be primarily responsible for driving marketing opportunities with the team to achieve key desirable outcomes across the areas of growth, performance, campaigns, social and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and monitor marketing campaigns aligned with the company's objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using various tools and metrics to derive actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.
- Organize and oversee the scheduling and posting of social media content across different platforms, ensuring precision and timeliness.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a good understanding of curating online and offline marketing campaigns in the Retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proactive and creative/strategic thinker.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok etc) and Content creation
- Strong aptitude for both creative and analytical aspects of marketing.
- Knowledge in Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
