We are seeking a dedicated operations and customer service executive to join our passionate team. This multifaceted role is integral to the smooth operation of our studio, providing administrative support, exceptional customer interaction, and assisting in sales and marketing coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Excellence: Be the welcoming face of our studio, greeting students and parents, assisting with inquiries, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining student records, and ensuring the studio's efficient daily operation.
- Sales Assistance: Assist in sales activities by providing information to prospective students and parents, supporting enrollment, and promoting our offerings.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries professionally and with a smile.
- Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to support marketing initiatives, such as coordinating campaigns, assisting with social media, and helping to organize events.
