Job Description:
• Assist in writing HR policies and procedures
• Assist to streamline the current HR workflow processes in the business units
• Perform and assist to review the current HR policies and processes in talent management, performance management, compensation, and benefits
• Prepare employment contract
• Handle application of all types of work passes
• Handle insurance claims
• Oversee the data management in the Prosoft software
• Assist with drafting of internal memos and letters
• Participate in organizing of company activities
• Handle HR projects as and when assigned
• Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises.
• Ensure HR Policies comply with current Employment Act and government regulations
Candidate Requirement
• Minimum degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Possesses practical work experience in crafting HR policies and procedures
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to work well independently and as a team
• Able to articulate and communicate well with employees and management
