MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for either mechanical / electrical / both mechanical & electrical assembly.
- Performs series of production activities including Mechanical / Sensor / optical and etc alignment.
- Perform testing and final check-out according to assembly procedures and quality specifications.
- Assist the Manufacturing Engineers in trouble shooting and improving on assembly efficiency to reduce cost.
- Carry out modification per instruction given.
- Prepare packing list.
- Perform in-process inspection.
- Assist and support site installation if required.
- Carry out good housekeeping and work safety instructions.
- Provide machine installation support and site issue support.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least a NITEC level qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Able to read electro-mechanical drawings.
- Minimum 3 years experience in machine production / assembly environment.
- Preferably from Opto-mechanical skills-set in semiconductor / general automation background.
