Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining quality control across all warehouse department operations, including tasks such as receiving, tallying, racking, picking, and loading.
- Collaborate in updating, revising, and developing comprehensive work instructions for the warehouse department, aiming to clarify operational procedures.
- Deliver educational and training sessions for warehouse staff, fostering skill enhancement and professional development.
- Gather valuable suggestions for implementing Kaizen principles, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Perform weekly internal quality assurance (IQA) activities for the warehouse department in accordance with customer requirements.
- Participate in customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) meetings to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Efficiently manage and provide support for team administration responsibilities and document control.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by managers on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering and QMS related field with min 2 years of relevant experience
- Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
- Good knowledge in ISO related management systems
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
