Job Description
- Deliver consistent professional spa services in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
- Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
- Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.
- Cooperate with and report to supervisor on any arising issues.
Requirements
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience.
- Able to work on weekends / public holidays.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitudeand hardworking.
