Job Description:
· Responsible for configuring and administering client's company servers and workstations
· Perform helpdesk assistance and IT software/hardware maintenance support
· Diagnosing hardware/software faults on laptops, desktops, servers for internal and external customers
· Review IT systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes for PC upgrades, software updates, IT Asset updates, etc.
· Maintain up to date list of OS, networking and applications for all company IT equipment
· Liaise with computer-related vendors/suppliers on matters relating to computer software and hardware and other peripherals
· Maintain and update company’s corporate website
· Other IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
· Min 3 years’ experience in helpdesk support and IT networking
· Possess a positive working attitude
· Experience in basic computer troubleshooting, networking and website maintenance
· Good interpersonal skills and customer-centric
· Able to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
· Preferably experience in firewall, VPN, Microsoft Windows Servers, Mircrosoft SQL and VMWare
