Sanhaus is looking for an intermediate Interior designer. An ideal candidate would have at least 1 years of experience in Singapore in Interior design industry. The candidate would be highly driven and dedicated with excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. To be successful in the role, the candidate should possess a team-oriented personality and at the same time, be able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities:
· Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects.
· To work on architectural and interior design proposals and presentations.
· Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, elevation and detail drawings
· Monitoring design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design idea
· Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used
· Working closely with Design Director throughout design development and implementation stages
· Project management - communication and coordination with client, consultants, sub-con, etc.
· Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications
· In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion
Requirements:
· Experience in commercial and residential design work projects will be an advantage
· Min 1-2 years of working experience in Relevant industry.
· Motivated and able to work independently
