Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Division Manager / Managing Director
- Liaise closely with Headquarter in Japn on porject/ product transfer within AESAN
- Prospecting, identifying and establishing new clients base especially Architect and Interior designer community.
- Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending relevant project
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely deliveries/services to client
- Developing marketing strategies with action plans to penetrate new markets
- Increasing revenue by identifying new opportunities for unmet customer needs
- Develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Response quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries
- Any others ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least Degree Qualification from recognized institution.
- At least few years sales experience especially of selling office interior solution to designer or through channel management.
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Eye for details, creative, team player & self-motivated.
- Possess good interpersonal communication & analytical skills with people at all levels.
- Strong confidence in conducting fluent communication with Japanese clients and providing the assistance / solutions to their inquiries as well as to perform business development/ existed client account maintenance with the language proficiency.
