Job Responsibilities
- To update and export employees attendance via TMS for payroll process
- To apply employees leave and claims via HRMS
- To manage company’s hostel which includes inspection and handover takeover. Maintaining of authorised tenants records
- To collate and update all foreign employees mobile and addresses for OFWAS registration
- To arrange and conduct interview, hiring and orientation for new joiners for local and foreign employees. Generate weekly hiring/ resignation report to KAM (Key Account Manager)
- Process hiring/ resignation paperwork in a timely and meticulous manner
- To update and maintain employee P-files
- Weekly documents collection at HQ
- Requisition of vouchers, stationary and uniform
- Maintaining condemn items records
- Attends to employee grievance
- Employee insurance
- To answer and record all incoming calls. To collate the number of call every end month
Job Requirements
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week , office hours (8am to 5pm / 8:00am to 12pm)
- Conversant in Microsoft Office Suites
- Comfortable to be working in a healthcare environment
- Able to handle stress in a fastpace environment
- Good communication skills
