Job Description
- Interviewing and recruiting staff, enforcing company policies and practices
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders on human resources issues to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Administrate workplace safety, employee benefits and employees’ grievances. (GHS, WICA)
- Manages work pass applications and renewals
- Assist with Training Administration
- Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including handling termination of employment cases.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, staff confirmation, issuance of the letter for confirmation, salary increment, promotion, termination, misconduct etc.
- Maintain relevant personnel files and documentation in an up-to-date and organised manner.
- Assist in benchmarking positions against market to ensure competitive compensation.
- Assist with Annual Performance Management Exercise
- Other HR related duties by the Head of Department
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIFICATION
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree/ Specialised Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years of full Human Resources Management experience preferably in a Food and Beverage Manufacturing environment.
- Well versed in English
- Producing Manpower/ Turnover report monthly and good with Excel / Pivot table. Able to create charts/ graphs for analysis by Management
- Strong knowledge of CPF, MOM, PDPA, and other related Laws
- Capable of working with minimum supervision and comfortably across different cultural environments.
- Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience with Infotech-HRMS and added advantage
