Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese general leasing company that extends beyond its core business foundation, offering a range of financial services including finance and operating leases, loans, investments, hire purchase, and factoring. Established in 2011 as a subsidiary, it primarily serves clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Presently, the client is concentrating on expanding its business in Singapore and Malaysia to foster future growth.
The Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect key decision makers (CEO/CFO/Head of Treasury) in Large & Middle market segments to develop strong business
- relationships with them through our presentations
- Prepare credit propositions including cashflow projections, financial analysis
- Ensure good business quality mix, optimizing resources and maximizing profitability
- Act as a point of contact, addressing inquiries, and provide support
- Follow up on cross-selling efforts across their product suite
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties as assigned
- Report to Senior Managers (SMs) and Managing Director (MD)
The Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in Corporate Finance (Loan, Leasing, Hire Purchase, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related areas of specialization
- Established business network to key persons in Large & Middle market segments
- Adept in analyzing financial statements, project cashflow, and assessing credit risks
- Effective and proven team player who is adaptable and self-motivated
- Proficiency in writing ability and Microsoft Office
- Result-oriented with positive working attitude, pleasant with good interpersonal skills
