We are looking for a Temp - Contract Call Centre Assistant to outsource to our healthcare clients.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback.
  • You will also be involved in supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers' experience.
  • Take high call volumes and be patient with callers.
  • Constantly adapting to new workflow and guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Min N/O/A lvl / Nitec
  • Experience in PSA (Patient Service Associate) or Call Centre would be highly considered
