Preparing kitchen before meal times
Preparing a wide variety of foods, such as dumplings, noodles, xiaolongbao, following traditional recipes
Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
Monitor stocks for daily uses and make appropriate orders within budget
Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel

Requirements:
The applicants shouled be self-motivated, energetic, have initiative with positive attitude and passion in the F&B industry
Organizing and leadership skills
Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
Certificate in culinary, pastry-making or relevant field
4+ years in a kitchen environment
Willingness to work nights and weekends
The capability to work safely, efficiently and neatly
