This role will report to Distribution Compensation Operations Lead to support distribution channels of PACS’ end to end process in ensuring compensation payout are accurate and timely while ensuring all financial operations are in-compliance. The role is expected to able to lead change and sub-stream of Company’s evolution into digital space where being passionate about data analytics is a must.
Job Description:
- Drive and guide the team to understand the business requirements from business case/request and visualisations of business data. Analyse data to identify patterns and draw insights to support business decision.
- Propose, develop and implement processing models and present the explainable outcomes to support the organisation’s operations and execution of key distribution compensation strategies.
- Assessment of new and existing process for migration to enable consistent and comprehensive data aggregation/reporting
- Manage BAU end to end activities to ensure payment are according to business rule, timely and accurately
- Finance Operations lead/representative for system or tools that support compensation eg new system, system migration, database migration, data structure change etc

Competencies & Personal Traits
- Experience in various data analytics tools eg Alteryx, Anaplan, Python, Power BI, SQL, Qlik etc
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timeline
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritise/manage multiple tasks.
- Enjoy interaction and collaborate with people from various backgrounds, mindsets and cultures
- Problem-solving skills
- Willing to listen to multiple stakeholders and forge consensus on win-win solutions to meet sound data governance and management principles Strong interpersonal /communication skills
Working Experience
- 3+ years in business operations or distribution support preferably in financial industry in Singapore
- Familiarity with database, cloud, and various FP&A tools
Education
- Degree in Finance/Statistics/Mathematics/Economic/Information Technology
