Job Descriptions:
- record of daily data entry and bookkeeping
- reconciliation of daily sales, issue invoice and record payment, record of suppliers invoices, keep track of petty cash, prepare accounts payable and create payment
- closing of fullset of accounts and subsidiary account
- day to day administrative task
- assist in preparation of GST schedules for quarterly submission
- handle payroll calculation
Job Requirements:
- have at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting
- Able to work with Quickbook Online
- Able to multitask
- Good positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Able to work independently
