Job Description:We are currently seeking experienced and responsible School Bus Drivers to join our team. The School Bus Driver will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and other educational activities while adhering to established routes and schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times during transit, including loading and unloading students at designated stops.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure proper functioning of all systems and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus, addressing any disruptive behavior or safety concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with coordinators, parents, and teachers regarding transportation schedules, route changes, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and BDVL.
- Clean driving record with no history of major traffic violations or accidents.
- Training will be given
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of safe driving practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and school staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Monday to Friday only.
