Our Client is the world's leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.
Objectives: To support the Next Generation Business Architecture (NGBA) Go-Live UAT testing and recipe harmonisation – Project PUZZLE activities.
Responsibilities:
NGBA
- Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) pertaining to material master, EHS and quality modules
- Collects, review and ensure the accuracy of input for data upload
- Ensure the successful go-live of NGBA
Puzzle and Lab
- Track and ensure raw material specification are review and uploaded in IRMIS
- Assist Laboratory in performing scale up activities
- Assist in data input of inspection plan result in SAP
- Administrative support for the laboratory (shelf life extension, calibration coordination, COA scanning)
- Assist in the housekeeping of Lab in accordance to 5S standard
Compliance of QMS
- Support in the management of internal and external audits
- Ensure effective closure of non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action through the Non conformance management system (NCM) in SAP.
