Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar.
- Recruit, train and supervise bar staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and manage bar budgets, expenses and revenue.
- Plan and execute promotional events to attract patrons.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends.
- Master skills in coffee making.
- Strong team collaboration and communications skills.
- Felxibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
