- US based listed Global Logistics & Freight Forwarding MNC which providing services for Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Custom Brokerage, Domestic Distribution and etc…
- Location : Walking Distance from Somerset MRT
- Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm; Saturday WFH 9.30am to 1.00pm
- Basic up to $4,500 + AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and define Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) requirements for both clients and internal teams, addressing their specific needs and challenges to facilitate efficient information exchange.
- Monitor and resolve issues with EDI transactions, swiftly identifying and rectifying errors or discrepancies to ensure smooth data flow.
- Provide product and technical support to customers and internal staff regarding EDI guidelines and functionalities.
- Conduct testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting on EDI/B2B applications, escalating unresolved technical issues to the Manager or relevant business teams.
- Gather rates from vendors and partners (e.g., ocean freight, air freight, handling charges, etc.).
- Organize rates in Excel spreadsheets.
- Format spreadsheets for easy reference, incorporating features such as filters.
- Analyze trends and generate reports to interpret data effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of quotation proposals, RFQs/bids, and other relevant documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an EDI Analyst or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in supply chain, logistics
- Experience in Cargowise EDI
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle large volumes of data and ensure data integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting tight deadlines
