Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial support to the Director of Finance and Assistant Director.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
- Organize and coordinate reports and schedules for Finance Department
- Coordinate information and liaise with third parties on financial matters
- Perform daily collection count and bank-in
- Assist in other duties as assigned in the Finance Department
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” level or Diploma qualification
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Meticulous and organized
- Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work load
- Good inter-personal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
