Administration Assistant (Finance)

Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial support to the Director of Finance and Assistant Director.
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
  • Organize and coordinate reports and schedules for Finance Department
  • Coordinate information and liaise with third parties on financial matters
  • Perform daily collection count and bank-in
  • Assist in other duties as assigned in the Finance Department

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O” level or Diploma qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Able to multi-task, organize and prioritize work load
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
