Job Responsibilities :
Being a part of the Lifestyle Division, this is a global role that is responsible for developing and driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Razer's Lifestyle Product. This role will work at the forefront of gaming and lifestyle where they converge.
- Develop the product GTM plan and strategy of our product portfolio that will drive impact and grow market share
- Lead and drive GTM activities with internal and external stakeholder teams, to create communications on our product that will resonate with and engage our target audience
- Spearhead the ideation and execution of impactful marketing events
- Drive sales initiatives with the regional teams that generate revenue streams and increase market share
- Identify and collaborate with brand partners to enhance brand reputation and expand the reach of consumer segments
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely launches and effective inventory management
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business with minimally 5 years’ of experience in product marketing
- Experience in successfully launching and managing lifestyle or gaming-related products
- Creative, strategic, proactive, and execution-drive, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plans
- Exceptional team player with the capability to contribute to a high-performing team
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in conveying conceptually and tactically - including strategy, planning, data insights, and execution details
- Self-starter and ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the gaming and lifestyle industry trends
