Admin Assistant

Lai Hock Transport Packing Services Pte. Ltd.


  • Warehousing/ Transportation company
  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Jurong Port Road
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday –Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 pm & Satruday 8.30am to 12pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to SGD 1800 + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all the admin and customer service-related work.
  • To assist in the day-to-day operation.
  • To Coordinate and follow up with drivers
  • Arrange for delivery and prepare necessary documents.
  • Update and maintain inventory / transportation records
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via emails and/or telephone calls.
  • To assist in general office administrative works (filing of documents, management of inventory, delivery and planning).
  • Support, communicate and coordinate with external and internal departments.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
