- Receive guests in a friendly, professional and timely manner
- Respond promptly and professionally to guests’ needs, questions and concerns
- Respond within 24 hours to any reservations, group and/or social event booking via the respective systems and communicating it to respective departments for further follow-up
- Monitor flow of dine-in guests and work closely with floor staff to maximize seating capacity
- Handle reservation systems and administrative duties for the restaurant
- Assist service staff as and when required by escorting guests to assigned dining areas
- Assist to serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to presentation standards when required
- Other ad-hoc operational duties as and when assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Min. Certificate in Hospitality Management or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of prior hosting/waiting experience in F&B/Hospitality industry.
